Bring the Beat In

Workout music can greatly affect how I feel during exercise, and provide motivation for me to push through it or enjoy it more. It’s helpful to be reminded of where our strength comes from when we are feeling strong or when we are feeling tired. Our hearts deserve to be protected and uplifted, even during our workouts, because they are the essence of who we are. It is the part of us that connects with friends, family, and God, and often drives our daily actions.
